By applying to become an astrologer on Astromee.com, you agree to the following terms that govern your partnership with us. These terms are designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and high-quality experience for both astrologers and users.

• Professional Conduct: All astrologers must maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and respect during all consultations and interactions on the platform. Any form of abuse, harassment, or unprofessional behavior towards users or other astrologers will result in immediate termination of your account.
• Accuracy of Information: You warrant that all information provided during your application and within your astrologer profile (including qualifications, experience, and areas of expertise) is accurate, complete, and truthful. Misrepresentation may lead to account suspension or termination.
• Service Quality: You are expected to provide clear, insightful, and actionable guidance to users. Consultations should be conducted in the language(s) specified in your profile with fluency.
• Confidentiality: You must maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and consultation details. Sharing or misusing client data outside the platform is strictly prohibited.
• No Medical/Legal/Financial Advice: Astrological consultations provided through Astromee.com are for entertainment and guidance purposes only. Astrologers must explicitly refrain from providing medical, legal, financial, or any other professional advice that requires licensed qualifications. Users should be advised to consult appropriate professionals for such matters.
• Prohibited Content/Practices: Engaging in, promoting, or discussing any form of black magic, witchcraft, voodoo, tantrism, or any illegal, harmful, or unethical practices is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be involved in such activities will be immediately deleted. This also extends to content that is sexual, hateful, violent, or promotes dangerous organizations as outlined in our general Terms of Usage.
• Platform Usage: Astrologers must use the Astromee.com platform exclusively for providing services to our users. Soliciting clients for offline consultations or redirecting them off-platform is not permitted.
• Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations while providing services on Astromee.com.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to Astromee.com immediately.
• Acceptance of Feedback & Audits: You agree that Astromee.com may access chat/call recordings for quality audit purposes, especially when a refund is requested by a user. Constructive feedback based on these audits may be provided.
• Payment Terms: Earnings for consultations conducted in a given calendar month will be processed and paid on the **15th of the following month**. For example, earnings from consultations in July will be paid on August 15th. Payments will be made via the agreed-upon method (e.g., bank transfer), subject to minimum payout thresholds and applicable deductions as per our internal payment policies.
• Termination of Services: Astromee.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate an astrologer's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for violations of these terms, poor service quality, or any other reason deemed necessary by Astromee.com at its sole discretion.
• Agreement to Terms of Usage: By applying, you also agree to abide by the overarching Terms and Conditions of Usage and the Privacy Policy of Astromee.com.
