Refund and Cancellation Policy


At Astromee.com, we strive to provide the best possible service. This policy outlines our terms regarding refunds and cancellations for services and products purchased through our platform. By using our services, you agree to the terms laid out below.

General Refund and Cancellation Terms

  • Report Orders: No refund will be processed for any report orders once they have reached the “processing” stage (meaning assigned to an Astrologer). The responsibility for placing orders carefully lies with the User, and Astromee.com is not liable for refunds once processing has begun.
  • Service Execution: Generally, no refund will be processed once an order has been successfully placed and executed.
  • Order Cancellation (Before Execution): If you wish to cancel a successfully placed order before its execution, you must contact our customer care team within 1 (one) hour of making the payment. Any refund in such cases is entirely at the discretion of Astromee.com.
  • Technical Delays: Any technical delays or glitches reported on the Website during the processing of a request, including report generation by an Astrologer, are not eligible for a refund. You agree that timelines are approximate, and we will take all necessary steps to adhere to the displayed timelines.
  • Incorrect Information Provided by User: No refund will be processed if incorrect information or data has been provided by you. We advise you to be careful while providing information and to re-check it before clicking “Submit.” You may request a change to incorrect information or data if the request is made to customer care within 1 (one) hour of the service execution by the service provider.
  • Damaged Products (Physical Delivery): No refund will be processed for the return of any damaged product. By ordering any product displayed on the Website, the Registered User is fully responsible for any damage caused to the product after its delivery. For orders made via “Cash on Delivery,” you will be charged for the product cost (as displayed) and applicable shipping/custom/courier charges if the product is returned.
  • Subscription Service Delays: Refunds on a pro-rata basis may be considered for any delay in the activation of subscription services. Any damage caused to the product while in transit will be handled by Astromee.com and its agencies. Upon successful verification, if a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days.
  • Product Display Discrepancies: You agree that product display pictures are for reference purposes only, and Astromee.com will endeavor to deliver the product ordered in an “as-is” condition as displayed. You are advised to exercise discretion, and no refund will be issued on these grounds.
  • Nature of Services/Products: The services offered and products sold are strictly not meant to replace any philosophical, emotional, or medical treatment. Astromee.com holds no responsibility or liability for the reality or reliability of astrological effects on human physiology by the gems or other products sold. Placing an order for such products or services is solely at your discretion and will. We do not have any responsibility for the products sold, and you are advised to exercise discretion; no refund will be issued on these grounds.
  • Wrong Contact Number for “Call with Astrologer”: No refund will be processed if you provide a wrong contact number for the “Call with Astrologer” feature. Once you opt for this feature, you are advised to keep your contact number in a full coverage area and must answer the call when received. No refund will be processed for any call that connects.
  • Deductions for Refunds: Refunds, if any, will be processed after deduction of transaction charges levied by the Bank and/or the Payment Gateway, two-way shipping/courier charges (for product purchases), customs duty (if levied), and/or any other charges incurred by Astromee.com during processing and/or delivering the service, as applicable.
  • Multiple Payments for Same Order: In case the Website or Payment Gateway’s webpage experiences server-related issues (‘slow down,’ ‘failure,’ ‘session timeout’), you must check if your Bank Account has been debited before initiating a second payment.
    • If your Bank Account is debited, do not make the payment twice. Immediately contact Astromee.com customer care to confirm payment.
    • If your Bank Account is not debited, you may initiate a fresh transaction.
    However, any refund for multiple payments for the same order, even after the above precaution, will be processed in full without deduction of the transaction charges. Astromee.com will only retain the cost of one single order as intended by you.
  • Order Cancellation by Astromee.com: If Astromee.com is unable to accept and must cancel an order, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Situations leading to cancellation may include, but are not limited to, non-availability of service, inaccuracy, error in pricing information, or other identified problems. If your order is canceled after charges have been paid, the amount paid for the booking will be refunded.
  • Refund Request and Quality Audit: By requesting a refund, you agree to provide Astromee.com’s quality audit team permission to access the chat/call recording of the consultation for which the refund has been requested. This is to determine whether the case is eligible for a refund.
  • Wallet Refunds & Processing Time: Our quality audit team will make best efforts to provide partial/full refunds to your Astromee.com wallet wherever consultant’s quality parameters are not satisfied. It can take up to 72 hours to analyze and refund the amount to your Astromee.com wallet.
    Note: All refunds will be credited to your Astromee.com wallet.

Refund Eligibility for Consultations

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases for chat/call sessions:

  • Network Issues: If the chat/call was affected by network issues, weak signal, background noise, or an inaudible consultant during video/normal call sessions.
  • Language Fluency: If the consultant is unable to respond fluently in the language mentioned in their profile.
  • Delayed Responses: If the consultant takes an inordinately long time to respond to the user.
  • Irrelevant/Inappropriate Responses: If the consultant provides irrelevant or inappropriate responses to the query asked by the user.

Please Note: No refund will be given in case of a lack of accuracy of any consultation. Astromee.com takes no responsibility for factual accuracy on any consultations.

Astromall Product Delivery

No physical product is shipped outside India. Astromall products that require physical delivery are only deliverable within India.
