Registration and Eligibility

By creating an account, you confirm that all information provided is current, accurate, and complete, and you will keep it updated. Using another user's account information is strictly prohibited. If we find that the information you provided is inaccurate, incomplete, untrue, or not current, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and restrict your future use of the Website.

Your right to use this Website is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your passwords and registration information confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities under your account. Astromee.com is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain confidentiality. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account(s) or any security breach. Please log out of your account at the end of each session.

Some services may be provided by third parties. Astromee.com has no control over information shared with third parties via the Website.

You acknowledge that your personal data, including debit/credit card details, transmitted over the internet may be vulnerable to misuse, hacking, theft, and/or fraud, and that Astromee.com and its Payment Service Providers have no control over such incidents.

Use of Astromee.com services is not permitted under the following conditions:

If you reside in a State/Country that legally prohibits entering into trade relations with us.
Due to any religious practices.
If you have created multiple accounts using various mobile numbers. You may not have more than one active account with Astromee.com.

"Call with Astrologer" Feature

By agreeing to these Terms of Usage, you unconditionally consent to Astromee.com arranging calls with you on your mobile number, even if your number is on a DND (Do Not Disturb) service provided by your mobile service provider.

Website Content Guidelines

Astromee.com and any linked external websites are private property. All interactions on this Website, including guidance and advice from Licensed Providers, must comply with these Terms of Usage.

You must not post or transmit any material that violates others' rights, or is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy, vulgar, obscene, profane, or otherwise objectionable. This includes material that encourages criminal behavior, civil liability, or any violation of law.

Astromee.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these guidelines and may terminate your registration, preventing future access.

We reserve the right to terminate access, change, or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Website, including content, graphics, deals, offers, and settings.

Any information on the Site (other than direct guidance from a Third-Party Service Provider), such as educational material, graphics, research sources, and incidental information, should not be considered medical advice.

Astromee.com does not guarantee any medical advice provided by third-party service providers, including registered astrologers. You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional for diagnosis and treatment, including information about appropriate medications or treatments. None of the Content implies or warrants that any specific medication or treatment is safe, appropriate, or effective for you. Astromee.com does not endorse any specific tests, medications, products, or procedures.

We do not guarantee against any adverse incidents that may occur after seeking our services. Astromee.com or the service provider giving advice are not liable and do not guarantee expected results. Accessing the Website in such scenarios is purely at your own risk.

By using the Site, Application, or Services, you agree that any legal remedy or liability you seek for actions or omissions of other Members (including service providers registered with Astromee.com) or other linked third parties will be limited to claims against that specific party who caused the harm. You agree not to attempt to hold Astromee.com liable or seek any legal remedy from us concerning such actions or omissions.

User Account Access

Astromee.com will have access to your account and information to ensure and maintain high-quality services and address customer needs effectively. By using the Website, you consent to our unconditional access to your account by Astromee.com, its employees, agents, and other appointed personnel. For addressing complaints (if any) and investigating suspected abuse, we will examine available records on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on such records.

Privacy Policy

You acknowledge, express, and agree that you have read and fully understand Astromee.com's Privacy Policy. You further consent that the terms and content of this Privacy Policy, including any updates, alterations, or changes displayed on the Website, are acceptable to you.

Breach and Termination

Astromee.com may, in whole or in part, modify, discontinue, change, or alter the services ordered or your registered account without prior notice or providing a reason.

Violation of any conditions in these Terms of Usage will lead to immediate cancellation of your registration, if applicable. Astromee.com reserves the right to terminate and take immediate action if:

We are unable to verify and authenticate your Registration Data or any other relevant information.
We believe your actions may cause legal liability for Astromee.com, other Users, or any linked service providers.
We believe you have provided false or misleading Registration Data, interfered with other Users, or violated our Privacy Policy.

For service providers, including astrologers, you understand and agree that your relationship with Astromee.com is limited to being a member, and you act exclusively on your own behalf and for your own benefit. Astromee.com may terminate and deactivate a service provider's profile for any violation of these Terms of Usage and the Service Terms and Conditions agreed upon during registration.

Delivery, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

No refunds will be processed for report orders once they have reached the "processing" (assigned to an Astrologer) stage. The risk of placing hasty or careless orders rests entirely with you, and Astromee.com is not responsible for refunds once processing has begun.
No refunds will be processed once an order has been successfully placed and executed. However, if you wish to cancel a successfully placed order before execution, you must contact our customer care team within one (1) hour of making the payment. Any refund thereafter will be at our sole discretion.
Technical delays or glitches reported on the Website during request processing, including report generation by a service provider (Astrologer), are not eligible for refunds. You agree that timelines are approximate, and all essential steps will be taken to adhere to displayed timelines.
No refunds will be processed due to incorrect information or data provided by you. You agree to be careful when providing information to Astromee.com and must re-check it before clicking "Submit." You can request changes to incorrect information or data if the request is made to customer care within one (1) hour of service execution by the service provider.
No refunds will be processed for the return of any damaged product. You agree that by ordering any product displayed on the Website, you are fully responsible for any damage caused to the product after delivery. For "Cash on Delivery" orders, you will be charged for the product cost and applicable shipping/custom/courier charges if the product is returned.
Pro-rata refunds may be considered for delays in activating subscription services. Any product damage during transit will be handled by Astromee.com and its agencies.
You agree that product display pictures are for reference only, and we will try to deliver the product as displayed. You are advised to exercise discretion, and no refunds will be issued on this basis.
Services offered and products sold are strictly not meant to replace any philosophical, emotional, or medical treatment. Astromee.com holds no responsibility or liability for the reality or reliability of astrological effects on human physiology by gems or other products sold on the Website. Ordering such products or services is solely at your discretion and will, and Astromee.com has no responsibility for the products sold. You are advised to exercise discretion, and no refunds will be issued on this basis.
No refunds will be processed for providing a wrong contact number for the "Call with Astrologer" feature. Once you opt for this feature, you are advised to keep your contact number in full coverage and answer the call when received. No refunds will be processed for any call that connects.
Refunds, if any, will be processed after deducting transaction charges levied by the Bank and/or Payment Gateway, two-way shipping/courier charges (for product purchases), customs duty (if applicable), and/or any other charges incurred by Astromee.com during service processing and/or delivery.
If Astromee.com or the linked Payment Gateway webpage experiences server issues (e.g., slow down, failure, session timeout), you must check if your Bank Account has been debited before initiating a second payment. Accordingly:
- If your Bank Account is debited, do not make a second payment. Immediately contact Astromee.com customer care to confirm payment.
- If your Bank Account is not debited, you may initiate a fresh transaction.
However, refunds for multiple payments for the same order, even after these precautions, will be processed in full without transaction charge deductions. We will only retain the cost of a single order as intended.
Astromee.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to service unavailability, inaccuracy, pricing errors, or other identified problems. If your order is canceled after payment, the paid amount will be refunded.

Your Obligations as a User

As a User (including astrologers and member customers), you are obligated not to violate our Privacy Policy, these Terms of Usage, and any other terms defined on the Website. You represent that you are an individual and not a corporation or other legal business entity. Your right to use Astromee.com's services is personal to you.

While using the Website and engaging in any form of communication on any forums or regarding products listed, you must not violate the following terms and conditions (this list is not exhaustive):

You shall not post, publish, or transmit any messages that are false, misleading, defamatory, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, invasive of privacy, vulgar, obscene, profane, or otherwise objectionable; or that promote racism, hatred, or harm against any individual, group, religion, or caste; or that infringe another's rights, including intellectual property rights, copyright, or trademark; or that violate or encourage conduct that would violate any applicable law or regulation, or give rise to civil liability.
You shall not upload or post any content you do not have the right to make available under any law or contractual/fiduciary relationships.
You shall not upload or post any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party. You may, however, post excerpts of copyrighted material as long as they adhere to Fair Use guidelines.
You shall not collect screen names and email addresses of registered members for advertisement, solicitation, or spam purposes.
You shall not send unsolicited email, junk mail, spam, chain letters, or promotions/advertisements for products or services.
You shall not upload or distribute files containing viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the Website's operation or another's computer.
You shall not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts access to the Website.
You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Website, any other systems or networks connected to the Website, or any services offered on or through the Website, by hacking, password mining, or any other illegitimate means.
You shall not violate any applicable laws or regulations currently in force within or outside India. Your use and continued use of the Website is subject to, but not limited to, using services for personal use.
You shall not resell or make any commercial use of the Services without express written consent from Astromee.com.
You shall not violate these Terms of Usage, including any applicable Additional Terms contained herein or elsewhere.
You shall not reverse engineer, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or software obtained from the Website.

By becoming a Registered member, you agree to the following (this list is not exhaustive and may include incidental services):

You agree to receive specific emails, SMS, and calls from Astromee.com.
You agree not to transmit via the Website any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.
You agree not to transmit any material that encourages conduct constituting a criminal offense, giving rise to civil liability, or violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation. Attempts to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems are prohibited.
You shall not interfere with any other members' use or enjoyment of the Website or Services.
You are obligated to report any misuse or abuse of the Site. If you notice any abuse or misuse or anything violating this Agreement, you must immediately report it to Astromee.com Customer Care. Upon receiving such a complaint, we may investigate and, if necessary, terminate the membership of the responsible Member without any refund of the subscription fee.
Any false complaint made by a Member will make that Member liable for termination of their membership without any refund of the subscription fee.
Astromee.com reserves the right to withdraw its services to any customer found to be unreasonable or abusive during conversations with service providers (including astrologers), regardless of the reason.

While Astromee.com will take all steps to resolve situations that violate these obligations, if uncontrollable, we reserve the right to issue a written warning. Repeated violations by a User will lead to a total ban from transacting on the platform. Any remaining balance in the User's wallet will be refunded, subject to applicable charges for such violations.

Bank Account Information

You are obligated to provide your banking information when required. For that purpose, your obligations are:

You agree that the debit/credit card details provided for our Service(s) must be correct and accurate. You shall not use a debit/credit card that is not lawfully owned by you or whose use is not authorized by the lawful owner. You further agree and undertake to provide correct and valid debit/credit card details.
You warrant, agree, and confirm that when you initiate a payment transaction and/or issue an online payment instruction and provide your card/bank details:
- You are fully and lawfully entitled to use such credit/debit card/bank account for such transactions.
- You are responsible for ensuring that the card/bank account details provided are accurate.
- You are responsible for ensuring sufficient credit is available on the nominated card/bank account at the time of payment to cover the dues or selected bills, including applicable fees.
You further agree that if any part of these Terms of Usage is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, including warranty disclaimers and liability limitations, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of these Terms of Usage will remain in full effect.

Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, and Warranty

You expressly understand and agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Astromee.com does not provide warranties for the service. Astrological counseling provided through the Website is based on the cumulative or individual knowledge, experience, and interpretations of astrologers, and as such, it may vary from one astrologer to another.

Astromee.com offers services through a diverse panel of duly verified Astrologers. These Service Providers (Astrologers) may recommend mantras, yantras, gemstones, or other astrological remedies. Such recommendations are made in good faith by the astrologers, and Astromee.com and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors make no warranty that:

The service will meet your requirements.
The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
The results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable.
The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained through the service will meet your expectations.
Any errors in the software will be corrected.

You are required to fully disclose your emotional, mental, and physical state to the astrologers to enable them to make informed judgments.

The Website, services, and other materials are provided by Astromee.com on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Without limiting the foregoing, Astromee.com makes no warranty that: (i) the Website or services will meet your requirements or that your use will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (ii) results from using the Website, services, or materials will be effective, accurate, or reliable; (iii) the quality of the Website, services, or other materials will meet your expectations; or that (iv) any errors or defects in the Website, services, or other materials will be corrected. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from Astromee.com or through the services shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the terms of use.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Astromee.com will have no liability related to User content arising under intellectual property rights, libel, privacy, publicity, obscenity, or other laws. Astromee.com also disclaims all liability concerning the misuse, loss, modification, or unavailability of any User content.

Astromee.com will not be liable for any loss you may incur due to unauthorized use of your account or account information in connection with the Website or any services or materials, whether with or without your knowledge. Astromee.com charges for chat/call services on a per-minute basis and holds no responsibility or liability for the reality or reliability of astrological effects on human physiology by gems, any other products, or services represented and sold on the website. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you shall create any warranty.

The advisors/consultants/astrologers are members of the site and not employees of Astromee.com or the company. However, Astromee.com verifies the degrees, qualifications, credentials, and background of the advisors/consultants/astrologers but does not refer, endorse, recommend, verify, evaluate, or guarantee any advice, information, or other services provided by them or by the company. Nor does it warrant the validity, accuracy, completeness, safety, legality, quality, or applicability of the content, anything said or written by, or any advice provided by the advisors/consultants/astrologers.

Astromee.com is not a suicide helpline platform. If you are considering or contemplating suicide or feel that you are a danger to yourself or others, please discontinue use of the services immediately at your discretion and notify appropriate police or emergency medical personnel. If you are thinking about suicide, immediately call a suicide prevention helpline such as AASRA (91-22-27546669).

Astromee.com shall not be liable for any inaccuracy, error, or delay in, or omission of (a) any data, information, or message, or (b) the transmission or delivery of any such data, information, or message; or (c) any loss or damage arising from or occasioned by any such inaccuracy, error, delay, or omission, non-performance, or interruption in any such data, information, or message. Under no circumstances shall Astromee.com and/or its payment service providers, its employees, directors, and its third-party agents involved in processing, delivering, or managing the services, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, including punitive or exemplary, arising out of or in any way connected with the provision of or any inadequacy or deficiency in the provision of the services or resulting from unauthorized access or alteration of transmissions of data or arising from suspension or termination of the services.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Astromee.com's liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to Astromee.com for the service during the term of membership.

Indemnification

You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Astromee.com and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, suppliers, consultants, and agents from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages, and/or costs (including, but not limited to, attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of the Privacy Policy or these Terms of Service, or your violation of any third party's rights, including without limitation, infringement by you or any other user of your account of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity. These Terms of Service will benefit Astromee.com's successors, assigns, and licensees.

Proprietary Rights to Content

You acknowledge that the Content, including but not limited to text, software, music, sound, photographs, video, graphics, or other material contained in sponsor advertisements or distributed via email, and commercially produced information presented to you by Astromee.com, its suppliers, and/or advertisers, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, and/or other proprietary rights and laws. You are not permitted to copy, use, reproduce, distribute, perform, display, or create derivative works from the Content unless expressly authorized by Astromee.com, its suppliers, or advertisers. Please note that content like images, text, and designs on all Astromee.com portals are sourced from various online platforms such as Google Images. Astromee.com is not liable for any copyrights of that content or data.

Notices

Except as otherwise stated in these Terms of Service, all notices to a party shall be in writing and sent via email or snail mail. Notice shall be deemed given 24 hours after an email is sent, or 3 days after deposit in the snail mail, to you at the address provided in your Registration Data, and to Astromee.com at the address below:

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms of Usage, including determining the scope or applicability of these Terms to arbitrate, or your use of the Application or information it provides access to, shall be resolved by arbitration in India. This will be conducted before a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by Members and Astromee.com, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration seat shall be New Delhi. All proceedings, including any awards, shall be in English. The award shall be final and binding on the parties.

Notwithstanding the above, either party has the right to seek interim or preliminary relief from a competent court in New Delhi to protect their rights pending arbitration. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts and venue in New Delhi for any such proceeding. If either party files an action contrary to this provision, the other party may recover attorney's fees and costs up to One Lakh Rupees (INR 1,00,000).

These Terms of Usage shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, excluding its rules on conflicts of laws. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of these Terms of Usage or Privacy Policy to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be changed and interpreted to best achieve its original intent within legal limits, and the remainder of the Terms of Usage or Privacy Policy will remain in full force and effect. Headings are for reference only and do not define, limit, construe, or describe the scope or extent of any section. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Usage is effective only if in writing and signed by Astromee.com. These Terms of Usage constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter.

These Terms of Usage and your use of the Services will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, excluding its rules on conflicts of laws. The parties agree to submit any dispute arising under these Terms of Usage to the jurisdiction of a court located in New Delhi for any actions where the parties retain the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a competent court to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party's copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
