1. Pricing Structure
Astromee operates as a marketplace platform connecting users with professional astrologers.
1.1 Astrologer-Based Pricing
Each astrologer on Astromee independently sets their own consultation fees.
Pricing may vary based on:
- Experience and expertise of the astrologer
- Type of service (chat, call, report, or special consultation)
- Duration of the session
- Demand and availability

2. Service Types & Charges
Chat Consultations

4. Wallet & Payments
4.1 Astromee Wallet
- Users may add funds to an in-app wallet
- Wallet balance is used for consultations and services
- Wallet funds are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash
4.2 Payment Processing
- Payments processed via secure third-party payment gateways
- Astromee does not store sensitive payment details
- Card numbers and banking credentials are never stored
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Refundable

Non-Refundable
